JEOL JIB 4700 FIB SEM Charges

One SEM slot is for 1 hour. About 2 to 3 regions can be examined if only SE/BSE imaging and a few point/area EDS (but not EDS mapping, which takes longer time) are required. Please note that we do not undertake sample preparation for bulk samples , but gold coating, can be carried out in advance if requested (with additional charges).

    INR 500 + IIT Overhead + 18% GST on basic charge plus overhead

  • Govt. Labs

    INR 750 + IIT Overhead + 18% GST on basic charge plus overhead

  • Pvt. Industry/Labs

    INR 1250 + IIT Overhead + 18% GST on basic charge plus overhead

    Please download the SEM request form and send the filled form to Mr. Laxminarayana. Following this, an invoice will be sent to the end user. The user has to pay the full charges in advance and share the transaction receipt with Mr. Laxminarayana. A slot will then be allotted as per availability and the user can send the prepared sample to us or be present with the sample at the intimated date and time.
