In our developing world we need materials that are stronger yet lightweight and sustainable. Miniturizable to nanoscale lengths as well as technologically efficient. Almost all engineering disciplines require materials with specific requirements. Therefore, we have designed an undergraduate BTech program in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering (MSME) to train next-generation of engineers, ready to design materials for the future.
Beside the major in MSME, students have an option to do double-major or a minor in another discipline of engineering of their choice. Motivated students who plan to pursue their career in core are also encouraged to enroll in a Honor's program.
