About The Conference
iCOLD25 aims to review the advancements in multifunctional electronic materials and devices with emphasis on 2D materials, quantum materials, thermoelectric materials, energy materials, nanostructures, smart materials and devices. The scope of the conference includes, both experimental, simulation and theoretical advancements in layer deposition techniques, material phenomena, device fabrication and testing. One of the major challenges of utilization of various novel electronic materials like 2D, quantum materials etc. is fabrication of the same considering the miniaturization demand of the applications. The conference would offer a platform for various scientists, technologist, industry experts and students to interact on the processes like PVD, CVD, ALD and other deposition techniques, mechanisms involved in the fabrication and the corresponding material phenomenon. The major focus of the conference is aimed at the utilization of laser and plasma in material processing and device fabrication and their interaction with materials. In addition, the conference also focuses on advancements in CVD and ALD processes which are considered as potential techniques for fabrication of functional materials and devices.
